Highlight on one of our wonderful dairy goats! This is Falina. She is a pure Nubian. She gives great milk, and a lot of it! She does get temperamental when it isn't her main person milking her as she likes a predictable routine and person. She is one of our oldest milkers and still going strong. We have her mom, several of her sisters, and some of her daughters!

It is with a very heavy heart and great sorrow that we are informing you of the passing of our dear, sweet milk cow, Bluebell. She was the best cow ever and will be greatly missed. We tried for 5 full days to save her, using 3 different vets, consulting with other dairies, and cattle ranchers. We tried everything and then some. We are heartbroken!! There will not be any cow milk available for now. There will be goat milk. Thank you for understanding that we need to grieve right now and dont know yet if we will be replacing our 4 legged child at this time. Rest peacefully sweet girl. We will see you in heaven.

Bluebell and her calf are doing great and producing lots of milk! All the prayers and good vibes sent to her were felt and appreciated. We feel really blessed to have all.of you as well!

Sometimes high producing milk cows get calcium deficient. They put everything they have into milk production and their calf. Our sweet Bluebell is having this difficulty this morning. We are treating her with calcium and praying she recovers quickly. Farm life is never easy.

Bluebell had her calf! Fresh cow milk coming soon!

"Only if I can drive!)
Yes, both were in my vehicle at the same time.
Really, what are these silly goats thinking?!
