Established in 1980, Steve's Meat Shop is a USDA inspected facility. These products are used in our professional concessionaire company.

Hello all, we are going to be at the Rhubarb Festival in Aledo Illinois on June 5th and 6th serving during the hours of operation 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Hope to see you all there! And yes we tricked Rusty into letting us back in! LOL hahaha

🍓 Come hungry to Aledo Rhubarb Fest—because the food options are just as sweet (and savory!) as the fun! 🍔🥧

Rhubarb Fest always serves up something for everyone! On Friday & Saturday, grab a bite from the Food Vendors in the Central Park parking lot or enjoy a delicious meal prepared by local non-profits under the Central Park Pavilion.

Looking for a sit-down option? The Aledo United Methodist Church (301 N. College Ave.)—just a couple blocks north of the Fest—will be hosting an indoor luncheon from 11am–1:30pm (Fri & Sat) featuring:
🥪 Chicken salad
🥧 And, of course, a slice of Rhubarb Pie!

Saturday is packed with can’t-miss favorites:
🔥 Fireman’s Pancake Breakfast (with rhubarb topping!) from 6am–10am at the Aledo Fire Station (211 SE 3rd St.)
🍗 Masonic Lodge Fish & Chicken Fry from 11am–2pm, also at the Fire Station
