Organic growing at its best
We started in 2010 to raise Cascade hops – organically grown in Virginia. An innovative design was developed to raise and lower the hop poles, and to raise and lower the bines so as to maximize each harvest and minimize maintenance. In 2015, we expanded to add Centennial, Columbus and Magnum hops on a limited scale. We have proven to get multiple harvests per rhizome, expanding harvest volume while reducing costs. We will begin rhizome splicing this year.
