🤔Have you ever tried using dry amendments, such as Craft Blend, with your compost tea? We've had *tons* of positive feedback about how adding Craft Blend can improve the quality of your compost tea! It may be due to the beneficial microbes and calcium it contains, as well as other minerals that are water-soluble - what do you think? Have any of you tried adding it to your compost tea before? 🔥🚀💪

Mustard Greens are so happy right now. Both Dezarai and I have reptiles at home they are so happy to have some delish greens from the farm.

This is what winter looks like on the farm!! Dezarai has been working her ass off taking care of the greenhouse while I am away. I’m so grateful for her and proud of how she takes care of everything. From harvest to seeding, taking care of two pigs and chickens, Turing over beds, communicating with customers, and also helping at BuildASoil when she can. Thank you, this would not be possible without you.

We have started a because Cooper needs a feet trim really bad. I can have the same vet that helped Charlotte come out and help Cooper. Unfortunately this takes a lot of money that we don’t have. We need your help and no donation is too small. Help us reach our goal of $1,000 to have the vet come and trim his feet so he can move with no pain. Thanks in advance and sorry if I get obnoxious asking for help. I love him so much and just want him to be happy.

The winter transition is a beautiful thing. We have time to be grateful for all the bounty of summer, time to slow down and plan for next season. We are still growing salad mix and serving our community. I’m grateful for the amazing team who has been holding down.
Here just a few shots of the farm and the amazing change from the greenhouse being packed full.

This is our compost pile we started at the beginning of this season. It was something I have been wanting to do since we started the farm. We have put everything possible into this pile and now that it’s getting colder it steams in the morning. 🙌 We put the ferment we made with Miles from in there. We definitely saw a difference there. This is all super fun and I can’t wait to give all this back to the farm someday.

Lettuce show you our harvest. We were short staffed yesterday and 3 of us crushed it. We harvested 110 lbs of Salad mix all to be delivered around parts of Colorado today.
