Why your back pain and your weight might be connected.

It's a cycle most people never see:

→ You hurt, so you move less
→ When you move less, your body changes
→ When you gain weight, your joints hurt more
→ So you move even less

Trying to break that cycle from one side alone is why so many people get discouraged. They exercise through pain and get hurt. They diet without moving and lose momentum. They get adjusted but never address the weight loading their spine.

Dr. Doug DeShazo, DC addresses both sides — chiropractic care for the pain, Zerona VZ8 laser for the fat loss — so the cycle finally breaks.

One doctor. Two practices. Your whole body.
