At our Montrose facility, we use locally sourced ingredients like Colorado-grown corn, grains, and fresh produce from nearby farms, along with pure Colorado mountain water, to produce high-quality, unique spirits that capture the adventurous spirit of the Rockies. With our state-of-the-art equipment—including a 30-barrel four-vessel brewhouse, stainless steel fermentation tanks, and a 3,000-liter Barison Hybrid Pot Still – with the capacity to produce 15-25 barrels per week. Our on-site brewhouse and distillery enable us to create a variety of spirits, canned cocktails, and beer with unmatched precision and care. Whether it’s our award-winning whiskeys, distinctive gins, or ready-to-enjoy canned cocktails, every product is crafted with passion and innovation. “Here in Montrose, we utilize locally sourced ingredients and access exceptionally fresh, pure water for distilling. Join us on Wednesday, June 10th for an intimate evening in Montrose as we celebrate Whispers Cask Finished Whiskey with a guided tasting, handcrafted cocktails, and a four-course dinner hosted by Head Distiller & Brewer John Morris, Bartender Daniel Jiron, and Executive Chef Richard Crown.

Crafted from our award-winning American Single Malt Whiskey and finished in an aged Stormrider Rum cask, Whispers brings together notes of rich oak, warm spice, and subtle tropical sweetness. For one night only, we'll explore those flavors through a menu inspired by the Caribbean, with each course paired alongside a cocktail showcasing this limited-release whiskey.
