Our last calf of the year was just born tonight. She's Dutch Belted X Angus with a nice white 'belt'. Tulip is a very maternal cow and has her dried off and up and nursing. No more calves till next April. Ben Maggie Boggan

The Brown Swiss calf is doing great at 1 week old. She takes her bottle very well, filled with mama cow's milk. She is spunky, very vocal when hungry and loves her Santa hat. 😂

Heidi, the matriarch of the herd, had a heifer calf earlier today! Baby is purebred Brown Swiss, A2A2 genetics by parentage. The calf is very energetic and was standing and nursing in the first hour. Once we start getting that creamy milk in a few days, I'm whippin' out a batch of eggnog! 😋
