When the trees stop flowing, we don’t slow down—we shift gears.

Off-season at Seldom Seen Farm is all about keeping the maple magic going. We’re busy bottling our traditional pure maple syrup into these minis—perfect for restaurants, coffee bars, and anyone who wants a premium touch in every pour.

At the same time, we’re aging select batches in bourbon barrels, letting time and wood work their magic to create deep, rich flavors you won’t find just anywhere.

No sap? No problem. Around here, great maple never takes a season off. 🍁
