Harvest Maple 🍁 is organic, pure and natural, old-fashioned maple syrup made from sugar maple tree sap. Certified Organic.

Why do we package our syrup in a mason jar? 🌎 Maple syrup is often packaged in plastic or glass jugs that are not reusable. We wanted to find a solution to this waste problem and the mason jar is perfect! Once you enjoy our artisan maple syrup we hope that you will wash and

reuse the jar. We generally put ours into our pantry to use in the fall to store our vegetable crops. Leave us a message and tell us how you will use them! Harvest Maple’s goal is to make the best quality artisan maple products accessible to people living outside the core area of maple syrup production. You can taste the difference when you have single source, small batch maple syrup. We make our syrup on the same Adirondack family farm that we grew up in. What makes Harvest Maple different? 🍁 We process our sap quickly ensuring the best quality syrup and it’s always certified organic. Our syrup comes in a reusable mason jar with biodegradable and compostable labels. We only use 2 taps per tree, up to 3 is permitted, but we like to leave ample sap for the tree. Our syrup has a unique flavor that can only be created by our Adirondack trees, the soil they grow in, and our unique micro-climate. Blending our engineering background, we produce 3 grades of syrup. The first sap of the season produces the lightest of the three grades, known as golden/delicate. As the weather warms up, sap flows increase and we enter the heart of the maple season. The sap from the middle of the season produces a medium grade syrup with a deeper flavor and darker color, known as amber/rich. Toward the end of the season, the weather is warm and the sap produces a darker and more intense syrup, known as dark/robust.
