Its Branding Day.
Today we branded our spring born calf crop!
Historically cattle were branded to identify your cattle and to prevent cattle rustling! This process is incredibly important because it gives us permanent identification of our livestock and eases our efforts to keep historical records on our cattle.

We have some new shirts and hats in. Shirts are $20 for S-XL anything over XL is $2 more per X. Shirt colors are Denim and Berry Comfort Color. Hats are $25. Hat colors are Charcoal/Black and Charcoal/Red.

We turned the cows out on the Tifleaf millet today!We were incredibly fortunate to receive rain the past few weeks and it made a decent crop. We hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we did.

Oh the joys of farming! Its not always fun, but it sure is rewarding when you have happy, healthy calves. These 4 little girls are all sired by JDH King of Clubs. They are still awaiting the arrival of one more sibling who is supposed to be a heifer as well!

Super pumped!!! On Wednesday, April 13th, 486/9 gave birth to twin heifers out of JDH King Of Clubs. We are looking forward to seeing the potential these heifers have. With many greats in the pedigree such as Liberty, Woodson, Lawford, Claydesta 203-807u5, WR Mr. Suva 203 as well as many others, the possibilities are endless. These heifers are sired by the same sire as the 2022 Ft. Worth Stock Show Grand Champion. Great things are in store.
