These may look like beautiful ordinary flowers. But for me today they are a reminder that people who don’t even know you well CARE and wish you well.
We are a collective of consciousness and while each of us is tested in different ways everything that happens to us is to help us learn and grow.

What does cold press mean and how does it differ from juicing using centrifugal juicers used by most juice bars?​​​​​​​​
Centrifugal juicer generates a high amount of heat.​​​​​​​​
A cold press juicer, on the other hand, uses a slow auger to crush and press the fruits and vegetables. By working at a very low rpm cold press juicers eliminate heat generation, therefore retain higher amounts of VITAMINS, MINERALS, and ENZYMES and BENEFICIAL (for your healthy gut microbiome) BACTERIA that naturally occur in the produce, increasing the nutrient content. This makes the juice richer, more flavorful, and ultimately tastier!​​​​​​​​
