In case you missed my last class, we had a blast! Everyone left with a 2L ready to make 15% abv wild fermented mead and a whoooole lot of unexpected mead history knowledge. Nobody expects to dive into Ancient Egyptian Nile agrarian pollination systems, Indo-Chinese hunter-gatherer society honey capture, Romulus' Roman mead medicine, the equilibrium dynamics and ionic state antimicrobial activity of sulfite, AND the Pasteur Effect all in the same lecture but oh ya, we go there!

Join me in the field representing Stardust Cellars!

Market staff start at $18/hr for 13 shifts then move to $20/hour. We cover your gas going from the meadery to markets at $0.45/mile (up from $0.335/mile pre-Iran War).

You pick up product Friday evening, or Saturday mornings, at either our Wilkes or Mooresville location, and head off for the viking raids! You will find yourself at various Saturday markets and festivals all over NC while representing a top 10 US mead brand and making additional tips on sales in the field.
