As a baker, sometimes new cookies flavors turn out as we expect and sometimes… well they fall flat like a pancake, literally!

My first attempt at toffee cookies turned into delicious toffee cookie saucers. Most are 5.5”, with one spreading more than 6”

The bad news is, they cannot be sold tomorrow. The good news, I will do another attempt and now we have a stack of delicious cookies that will go well with ice cream
