New Generation Bakery We are a dedicated Gluten-Free Bakery. Our Retail location is closed but we do offer call ahead for curbside pick up orders.

We have "the best of both worlds" including Gluten-Free, and also traditional baked goods coming over from our sister company Rush City Bakery. The facility in Mora is our dedicated Gluten-Free baking kitchen. Our GF products are made in Mora and available at Rush as well.

"Thank you so much for making space to carry gluten free sweet treats. I live now in Danbury, WI and we have nothing here for gluten free bakery. I first called the Rush City Bakery to see what it all about and spoke to a fabulous gal, she took her time with me, thank you. I was very excited. I stopped in Saturday morning and again had a great experience with a gal and bought treats for myself and for a cousin in the Twin Cities. I tried the monster cookie then when I got home I tried the vanilla cup cake. This morning I had the cinnamon roll. I have shared this great news with many up in my area - the Rush City Bakery having gluten free and how good it is……thanks again.
When I come through town, it is easy to stop and grab and to grab for others if they have needs. This is appreciated. Thank you so very very much. I hope this is a win for your bakery as I know I appreciate it. I am not Celiac- I did have to grab 1- glazed donut!"
