Home Town Hummus When Jake and Rana Olson moved to Mora, Minnesota, they brought dreams of sharing their love for Wes

We hope to find unique and interesting ways of exposing the residents of Mora Minnesota and the surrounding communities to the wonderful foods of the Western Mediterranean region. Starting with Hummus, we hope to work in the areas of mobile food, home delivery, catering and sourcing local restaurants.

I’m reminiscing about the days of Home Town Hummus this morning as I break out the old pita making gear. We’re giving away these beauties to attendees at Rana’s Turkish cooking class today.
There are 8 spots left for the class. So although you can’t buy our pita bread at present, you can get it as a free add-on with the purchase of a cooking class

Get your chance at some Home Town Hummus and Pita this Saturday at the Josh Norby Family Benefit - There will be a package of 3 tubs of our famous hummus and 16 loaves of pita bread available on the silent auction at the benefit from 11:00 - 6:00 this Saturday at the Crystal. It’s been a while since making a run of Pita bread. Rana is doing a Turkish cooking class at Sapsucker Farms today and the attendees each get a couple pitas to eat with the dishes they make.
