Bolling’s Moran Locker in Moran, Kansas on July 10, will have five farm-raised bison scheduled for slaughter. Bison is a lean, flavorful meat, and we currently have 1.5 bison available sold by the half $8.30 per pound, based on hanging weight. Processing to your specifications is included in the price.
