We added Miniature Herefords to our farm in 2014. We have been raising alpacas since 2007. The plan is to create a better pasture management routine. We will do this by rotating the cows and alpacas through the pastures.

Our Story
We decided to start raising Mini Herefords in 2014.
We chose this breed due to their calm nature and the fact that they require less pasture space than the standard breed.
Our herd is very small right now, but we’re working hard to grow it.
Cows are bred by AI which allows us to keep the genetics diverse. With such a small herd I don’t feel keeping a bull is beneficial for us.
