Although we weren't able to attend the Farmer's Market today due to the toxic air quality that is hazardous to human health, we did prepare for the Market just in case the winds shifted and we might have been able to go, because unfortunately we were counting on every penny we were hoping to make there today, to cover bills that are still due for the rest of the month. ($265 still needed). Unfortunately the air quality is terrible out there, so we did not go. Although our houses have been closed up for days, it's hard to breathe even indoors and we are both coughing and having breathing difficulty unfortunately.
Since we prepared for the Market in case we could go, we do have the following freshly made items available upon request, if anyone is interested in any this week:
*3 - Chocolate Chip Cookies for $3
*3 - Peanut Butter Cookies for $3
*3 - Garbanzo Bean Flour Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies $3
*3 - Gluten-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies $3
*1 - 5 oz Gluten-Free Double Chocolate Chip Mini Quick Bread Loaf for $5
and Roy made larger Fruit Hand Pies this week that are around 5 oz each.
He made:
*Mixed Berry with Red and Golden Raspberries, Strawberries and Rhubarb for $5 and a straight
*Strawberry version for $5.
All of our fruit is grown organically and we use Organic Flour and Sugar in our recipes. They are both delicious and both are made with my Great Grandma Harriet's Orange Pastry Crust Recipe for the Crust. All of our Baked Goods will be baked to order this week. Please reach out if you're craving something.
We also have our Artisan Popcorn flavors for $3 a bag and can also do Wholesale Orders on our Popcorn.
We also have Fresh Herbs available (Opal Purple and Green Pesto Basil, Italian Oregano, Italian Parsley, Dill, Thyme, Lemon Balm, Bee Balm, Yarrow, Mints, Echinacea, Calendula, Mullein, Anise Hyssop, and Holy Tulsi Basil),
if anyone needs any, in $3 bunches,
a little White Russian Kale left for $4,
Snow Peas for $3,
and we will have Cucumbers,
Purple Cherry Tomatoes and
Straight Neck, Crookneck and Patty Pan Summer Squash varieties soon.
