Our 150 year old St. Lawrence apple trees have given us an amazing harvest this year and we’ve been very busy making all kinds of apple canned goods. Please stop by our farm store or reach out if you are interested in any of the following:
All have been processed in a canner and are shelf stable for 18 months or longer.
Applesauce- pint jars of smooth applesauce with a hint of sweetness and spice - $8.00/pint
Apple Pie Filling- pint jars filled with all the fixings for an apple pie. Just dump in your favorite pie crust and bake- $8.00/pint
Apple Butter- half pint jars of slow cooked and spiced apple butter. Delicious on toast, in oatmeal and so much more - $4.00/half pint
Apple Jam- half pints of delicious apple jam- $5.00/half pint
Apple Raspberry Jam- half pints of jam with our own apples and Ember Hill Farm raspberries- $5.00/ half pint
And last but not least, using our small corn crop from this year: Pickled Corn Relish-
Perfect on sandwiches, in salads or side dishes, or on tacos. Made with sweet and hot peppers and other spices - $4.00/ half pint
** all products have ingredients listed on bottom of jars and all are vegan and gluten free.
