It is with great sadness to announce that we will no longer be operating Bayou Melt daily for lunch. We are incredibly grateful for all of the support that has been given to us throughout this process. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts 💙

Bayou Melt will continue to do events.

We offer different catering packages and we will cook whatever you wish to serve to your guests.

Festivals, concerts, rodeos, sports tournaments, family reunions, parties, company picnics, and more.

You can choose to have food served in a traditional catering manner or you can opt to have the truck on site.

Have Bayou Melt come out to your office or any place place of business to serve your employees.

Order dinner for your family, brunch with all your favorite ladies, lunch for customer appreciation or even appetizers/food trays for football Sundays.

We want to bring your visions of deliciousness to life 😋
