This jelly is not only great on your cheese of choice, but did you know you can create some really unique drinks with this delicious jelly

The Christmas Martini made & shared by Tim

1.5 oz of Gin or Vodka
Light teaspoon Stacey’s Cranberry Jalapeño jelly
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml Cointreau

Mix the gin or vodka and jelly with a spoon for a bit then add the other ingredients with ice in shaker and shake well
Poor in a martini glass and enjoy 🍸
