So that young gal in the middle is Sophie Kelly, wife of Ross Kelly and co-founder of Kelly Brewing Co, who at this point in time (when the photo was taken) was fully immersed in everything KBC. Surrounded by a group of regulars, in her happy place.
She has poured her heart and soul into making the brewery what it is and truly LOVED working behind the bar everyday; getting to know our customers, telling our story, hyping up the beer, ensuring events ran smoothly, and making lifelong friends in the process.
While her days look a little bit different now - she spends her time taking care of 3 daughters (age 5, 3, and 5 months) - she still works on the business from home. Wearing many hats - as the bookkeeper, HR person, event planner, administrative manager, and booking all the food vendors and bands - she feels fulfilled and connected to the business in other ways now.
So while you might not see her at the Brewery as often, know that she misses you all and is still very much a part of KBC today โค๏ธ
