*Baked items will be brought to the stand as they are ready on Thursday- everything is usually out there by 3 pm

My next sourdough workshop is June 27!

🍞 2026 Sourdough Workshops 🍞

There are 3 options when signing up for a class:

Option 1: Observer ($50): This option is for folks who just want to observe the class. It does not include: the jar of starter, any hands-on aspects like making the batch of dough to bring home, or the bread making kit.

-Option 2: Full class/no kit ($65): This option includes all the hands-on parts of the class, a jar of starter, your dough to bake at home, and the detailed printed instructions and recipe. This option does not include the bread making kit.

-Option 3: Full class and kit ($85): This option includes all the hands-on aspects of the class- the jar of starter that you will feed and take home, and the recipe we will make together for you to take home and bake. This option also includes a bread making kit that includes most of the supplies needed to bake your bread: a proofing basket and cloth, a jar of sourdough starter, jar spatula, bowl scraper, bread lame, dehydrated sourdough starter, printed instructions for maintaining your starter and the recipe we will be using in class.

2 pm update: We’ve got everything out at the stand except the plain loaves! 😍

Noon update: The sun is out and the bins are gone! Yay! We’ve got everything bagel sourdough, chocolate sourdough, English muffins, chocolate chip cookies, and baguettes out there now! The banana bread is in the oven and smells heavenly 😋

We’re open! The baked items are being brought out as they’re ready! So far we’ve got English muffins and everything bagel mini loaves 🤤 Swing by today until 7:30 for some fresh goodies!
