Thankful Lindsey loves the cows as much as we do she keeps an eye on the heifer lot. She spotted this little one in the field today right after she was born. Our grandson isn’t sure what to think about the cows, but hoping he finds his “Clementine” to.

Both have changed so much but the love that Clementine has for our eldest grandson is like no other. No matter how long it is between visits it only takes one sniff and she covers him with cow slobbers. Every little boy should have a Clementine as a best friend.

His Daddy returned to the lot but Cotton thinks he is the big dog now. 7L Cotton ( bull on other side of fence) will be available at the Kentucky Black Herford Cattle sale in Nancy, Ky on Oct 5th 2024. He is sired by our main herd bull Selb’s Benchmark Prime #36 ( bull on this side of fence)

Not sure if they like the lot as much as they like that hay roll, lol! These bulls are so impressive. I hope whoever gets them love them as much as we do. We have enjoyed watching them grow.

Apparently our herd Sire Prime got mad that we didn’t stop this afternoon and see him, so he managed to get gate opened and followed our trail almost back over to the rd. Thankfully he can’t pass up a bucket of feed. He followed Troy back to his lot.
