Batch night. 🐾

Trays of Chili Mac loaded and headed for the freeze dryers — real WV beef, sweet corn, chili sauce, spread thin and ready to lock in for 5 years.

This is the part nobody sees. Just us, a hot kitchen, and a whole lot of macaroni before the sun's even thought about coming up.

Only thing missing from a WV kitchen? A good WV blade. One of these days we'll get our hands on a Bonds Creek Knives — a hometown knife for hometown food just makes sense. 👀

A whole lot of new folks found us this week. Welcome.

Here is the short version of who we are.

We cook real food by hand in Morgantown, West Virginia, freeze dry it, and seal it in a bag you can throw in a pack and forget about for five years.

Three meals. That's it. No filler lineup.

ORANGE is Chili Mac. Macaroni, beef, sweet corn, chili sauce.

GREEN is Staggetti. Noodles with venison and gravy. The one that tastes like your grandmother made it.

MAROON is Biscuits & Sausage Gravy. Southern-style biscuits, crumbles, peppered country gravy. Breakfast in the dark at 5am.

Fifteen minutes with hot water. That is the whole recipe.

We color coded the bags so you can holler "grab me the orange one" across camp and your buddy knows exactly what you mean.

Everything is cooked, dried and sealed by us. Not a factory. Not a white label. Us.

Season is here. Get your pack sorted.
