Thanks for your interest in The Raw Cut Beef! We are Michael and Heather Hunt, and we work together to grow and provide high quality beef. Michael is a 4th generation farmer and considers farming as more of a hobby and lifestyle than a job. Every animal is produced from our farm, grown slowly and grain finished to offer a great option for your table and your family.

Our hope is to provide a local, economical option to help serve our community. Our next harvest date is May 2023. Please message if interested in purchasing. We offer wholes, halves, specific and specialty cuts, subscription boxes as well as seasonal boxes.
