We will be at Morgantown Farmers Market downtown tomorrow from 830-noon! We are also extending our CHICKEN SALE of select cuts at the market through tomorrow in case you want to grab some last minute items for weekend grilling! We will have some whole chickens as well.
No eggs at our stand this week.

Sale 10-15% off! Want to stock up on some chicken for summer grilling? We are running a special for the next two weeks to make room in our freezers for our next batch!

Our chicken is delicious and healthy because of how it is raised. Our chickens are rotated around our fields on pasture, and also fed only GMO-free soy-free feed that is grown by Ernst Grain and Livestock (Clear Spring, MD).

Email [email protected] to place an order for breast, thighs, drums, wings. Pick up can be at the farm or the Morgantown Farmers Market locations: Mylan Park (Weds 4-7pm) and Saturday downtown farmers market (8:30-12pm), or at Southern States in Sabraton on Friday (4-6pm).

We are also taking preorders for whole birds, which will be ready the week of June 22. (on sale now for $5/lb for preorders).

Lots of new veggies coming in, strawberries are still kicking, and we are stocked up on chicken too! 🍓🥬🍗😋

Oof it has been a wet week for veggies!

But hopefully the trees we just planted are happy!

We recently planted a mix of trees and bushes along the farm lane and near the pond.

A mix of hazelnuts, redbuds, dogwoods, buttonbush, serviceberry, witchhazel and more…

The line along the farm lane was planted as part of our participation the Natural Resource Conservation Service’s Conservation Stewardship Program, and will help provide a live barrier that will support pollinators and wildlife.

The planting along the pond is a “riparian buffer” designed with help from the knowledgeable staff of the West Virginia Land Trust who oversee the conservation easement for this farm. It will help protect the pond water from erosion/runoff, and will support pollinators and wildlife.
