Come see us at Rising Creek 2 Tutto Gelato to pickup the key ingredient 🍞 to the best sandwich🥪 ever!

Find a garden.... grab a ripe tomato.... rush to pick up a loaf.....TOAST to a crispy brown and slather with mayo, top with those fresh tomatoes and finish with a little s&p. NOTHING better!

It's been an exciting week at Rising Creek Bakery !
I was able to go to Sherperdstown and support my friend, chef Mary Ellen Diaz, chef/owner Bea, as she is a finalist for the prestigious James Beard Award. There couldn't be a more deserving human that Mary Ellen and im so proud to call her my friend! If you've never been to her restaurant in Sheperdstown you don't know what you're missing! Her cuisine is the epitome of appalachia and it comes directly from her soul.
To end the week I got to go to JQ Dickinson Salt-Works with Jenny Bardwell to host a salt rising bread class. We had a great turnout and it was so fun to discuss and demonstrate our craft!
