I got it in my mind that I wanted some apple cider! 😁- very small batch, dry apple cider finished at 7.2%. Estate grown, and only available at the winery- Cheers!

November of 2015 we made a few barrels of Apple Jack from our estate grown apples- today I finally got around to doing something with it!😁- Notes of butterscotch, citrus and apple peel -finished at 84 proof.
