Iā€™ll admit, when I first heard ā€œpizza & raw barā€ I was likeā€¦ come again?

Turns out, I did *come again* and went back to Backyard Pizza Morgantown, WV a second time because it WORKS.

The lobster artichoke dip is a pure 10/10 and the Praise Dale Raise Kale pizza was SO good. Rich and creamy sauce and cheese meets crispy kale and salty prosciutto. I have now been back more than once, so I gotta admit my initial judgment was dead wrong.

Iā€™ve been sitting on this review for way too long.

Raw bar and pizza? Big win for downtown.

There was one NYC restaurant I desperately wanted to try *famous for its lasagna rolls and chrysanthemum salad* and naturally I had no reservation.

Enter bad weather + no plans. So I figuredā€¦ why not?

I walked in alone, grabbed a seat at the bar within 20 minutes, and ordered everything I wanted.

Then another woman sat down next to me. We started talking, ended up splitting our food, and had the cutest little dinner together.

Some might call going to dinner alone crazy. I call it a little adventure.

Come with me on an *Aggressively Italian* morning in Pittsburgh according to sis. Rolled up with a group of 7 family members. Closed the day with mom's lasagna for dinner. šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹šŸšŸ¤Œ

ā€¢ Favorite thing I bought: smoked provelone ball from Penn Mac.
ā€¢ Also stopped at: reyna foods for breakfast burrito / sunseris for pep roll sample / chicken on a stick outside sam bok (a MUST).
ā€¢ Wanted to get: lobster roll from Wholeys
ā€¢ Did not visit this time: Mancini bread. Parma sausage.
ā€¢ Worst thing we tried: Watermelon mustard jelly? I'm still fully offended.
