Last chance to pick pumpkins at Poverty Hollow Farm is tomorrow, Sunday October 27th, 2024! We will be open 1 to 5 pm with our many varieties of pumpkins, squash and gourds at half price! You can visit the patch and pick a 5 gallon bucket of small gourds and mini pumpkins for $10. See you soon!

We still have a few pumpkins left here at Poverty Hollow Farm. We will be open tomorrow, Sunday October 20th, from 1-5. Prices will be reduced as we near the end of the month. We will still have pumpkin picking in the patch, however most of what is left is small gourds and mini pumpkins. Bring your 5 gallon bucket and cutter, search and pick for $15/bucket full. Do you have a large group and need a quantity of pie pumpkins for a harvest party or celebration? You can pick your own in the field at Poverty Hollow Farm this Sunday October 13th from 1-5. You pick and carry 30 or more for $.50 each. You can also field pick a 5 gallon bucket full of small pumpkins, squash and gourds for $20. Pick your own large items or 2 small for $5. Parking is available near the patch. Bring your own bucket and containers. Pre-picked pumpkins, variety squash and gourds are available also.Cash only! It's gonna be a beautiful day! See you soon!

Poverty Hollow Farm pumpkin picking. Just a reminder. Sales are cash only. There are plenty of pre- picked extra large, large, medium and small pumpkins, squash and gourds. If you plan to pick and are looking for large items, they are now scarce in the field, so come early. However there are plenty of small and medium items left to be picked. See you soon!

A very wet Saturday today at The Market of Ft Mitchell! Hurricane or not, we will still welcome visitors to Poverty Hollow Farm tomorrow, Sunday September 29th from 1 to 5 for pumpkins. Because of the rain, we will hold off on pumpkin picking until next weekend and better weather. See you soon!

We have your pumpkins at Poverty Hollow Farm! Unfortunately we can't host a Farm Tour this year, but we have all of your favorite varieties of pumpkins, squash and gourds. We are opening up the farm this Sunday, September 29th from 1 to 5 for you to visit, check out the pumpkins and purchase. Although we have plenty of pumpkins picked and on display, we still have many in the field. New this year, we will allow you to pick your own. The price will be $5 for one large item or 2 small and $20 for a 5 gallon bucket full. Bring your own cutters and buckets, boxes and bags to transport your pumpkins. We plan to open several Sundays in October if you can't make it this Sunday. Cash only sales. See you soon!

Greetings from Poverty Hollow Farm: We are saddened to report that we will not be able to host Farm Tour 2024 due to serious family health concerns. However, the pumpkins have turned out well considering the dry conditions, and shouldn't go to waste. Picking and gathering has begun! We will offer days and times that you can visit our Farm and purchase your favorite varieties in future posts. Spread the word, and stay tuned!
