🍔 Fresh Brioche Buns Are Coming This Weekend! 🍔

Who’s ready for some delicious homemade brioche buns? These soft, buttery buns will be available at the farm market this weekend and are the perfect addition to your summer grilling menu!

Don’t forget to grab some of our farm-raised ground lamb while you’re here. Imagine juicy lamb burgers piled high on a fresh homemade brioche bun — it doesn’t get much better than that! (Recipe below)⬇️

🕗 Friday, Saturday & Sunday • 8 AM – 7 PM

Lamb Burger Ingredients
Makes 4 burgers

* 1 lb ground lamb
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
* 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 tsp dried oregano
* 1 tsp ground cumin
* 1 tsp kosher salt
* ½ tsp black pepper
* Zest of ½ lemon
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

1. In a bowl, gently mix all burger ingredients until just combined. Do not overwork the meat.
2. Form into 4 patties slightly larger than your buns. Press a small dimple in the center of each.
3. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
4. Grill over medium-high heat for about 4–5 minutes per side for medium, or until desired doneness.

Father’s Day weekend is here, and don’t forget—Dad likes sweets too! 🍪🧁
Stop by and pick up some delicious homemade treats, fresh baked goodies, and unique gifts to make his weekend extra special.

We’ll also have our farm-raised lamb, self-care products, farm favorites, and more available throughout the weekend.

We hope everyone is staying safe with all of this wild weather we’ve been having lately. Thank you to everyone who has continued to support our small farm and make the trip out to visit us. Your support means the world to our family.

What do you do when you buy 10 pounds of fresh peaches? 🍑

Around here, we turn them into peach jam and peach syrup! The kitchen has been busy, and the results are delicious.

Our peach syrup will be available at the farm market this upcoming weekend. It’s perfect for:
🍑 Mixing into tea or lemonade
🍑 Drizzling over pancakes, waffles, or ice cream
🍑 Making a peach BBQ sauce
🍑 Creating a sweet glaze for pork, chicken, or ham
🍑 Adding to cocktails and mocktails

And if time allows… there may even be a surprise batch of peach bacon jam making an appearance this weekend. 🤫🥓🍑 No promises yet, but we’re going to try!

With all the storms, power outages, and craziness this weekend, I honestly wasn’t sure how many people would make it out to the farm market. Thanks to all of you, we still had a great weekend!

I appreciate everyone’s patience while I wasn’t able to keep everything stocked like I normally would. We’re planning to be back in full swing next weekend with a great Father’s Day menu, so be sure to check it out and stop by for your favorite goodies.

🌾 Good morning, everyone! We will be open today Friday June 12 from 8 AM to 7 PM at the farm market.

Despite the storm and power outage, I was able to get almost everything ready for today. The only thing I’m still waiting on is the bread. As soon as the power comes back on, I’ll get baking and have it out as quickly as possible.
