From Our Farm to Your Skin
One of my favorite things about making these products is knowing exactly where the ingredients came from.
The lard in our creams comes from our own Kune Kune pigs that we raised right here on the farm. And all of the herbs we use in our infusions are grown right here too.
Calendula, yarrow, and comfrey—we grow them, harvest them, and slowly infuse them into the fats before they're turned into the finished product.
Our Sleep Tight Night Cream is packed with nourishing ingredients including herb-infused tallow, homegrown Kune Kune lard, jojoba oil, apricot kernel oil, squalane oil, and evening primrose oil.
Our Vanilla Bean Whipped Tallow Cream starts with grass-fed beef tallow infused with comfrey, yarrow, and vanilla beans, then blended with apricot kernel oil, squalane oil, evening primrose oil, and meadowfoam seed oil.
What makes our products different is that we don't stop at tallow. We carefully choose every ingredient that goes into our creams and use ingredients that complement each other. The herbs aren't there just to sound nice on a label. The oils aren't there just to fill a jar. Each ingredient is selected with a purpose in mind.
From the pigs we raise, to the herbs we grow, to the hours spent infusing and formulating, every jar has a little piece of our farm in it.
