We have been pretty busy but we do have a few spots left open before Christmas. Hey Morrilton!!! Our beloved Devil Dogs have a date with destiny Friday night at Joe T Rbinson! We showed up and showed out last Friday at Hot Springs, it looked like we had 3 times as many fans as they did. With that being said, I’m calling on everyone that can make it, to make the short drive to Little Rock and let’s CHEER ON THOSE DEVIL DOGS!!

Happy Friday to everyone! Let me start out by wishing our Devil Dogs good luck tonight as they travel to Texarkana! GO DOGS!!

Now, the reason for this post, it may get sappy so bear with me.
2 weeks ago I had a health scare that put things in perspective for me, I did have a mild heart attack, due to a birth defect that I was unaware of. The condition is called myocardial bridging, it’s were my heart muscle is actually growing around the artery that carries oxygenated blood to my heart. It was certainly a scary time for me and my family.
4 years ago, with just a dream, I wanted to share my love of food with everyone, and we were met with overwhelming love and support from you guys! As GC’s Nation grew, we knew that we had something special. You guys always showed up for us, and even tried all my quirky menu ideas. Some went over like a led ballon and some of them sold out within just a couple hours. From the bottom of our hearts I just want to simply say thank you.
I’ve had to make some very tough decisions in the last week, so with that we have decided to shut down our day to day operations, but we will continue our catering side of the buisness. And we will still do pop up events from time to time in the community and surrounding areas. I’ve always said the best thing about operating a food truck is all the wonderful people that we have gotten to meet over the years and have forged friendships that will last a lifetime. This is not goodbye, but a see you soon! I can’t wait until I get to smash the next burger or slice that next rack of ribs. In the meantime, if you need catering services, feel free to reach out to us, we would love to take care of you! Much Love….

Good morning, I had health scare over the weekend, and I got to spend a night in the hospital. Conway Regional’s cardiac stepdown unit care was second to none! Very thankful for their expert Doctors and nurses. We are gonna be shutdown for a lil longer, Doctors orders. Sorry for any inconvenience. Your prayers would mean the world to us.
