This Broccoli “Boursin” Cheese dip is loaded with white cheddar, garlic, fresh herbs, and Green Giant Broccoli for an easy appetizer that feels straight out of a French bistro ✨🥦 Make it in minutes with the recipe below!

Broccoli “Boursin” Cheese
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 6 minutes
Total Time: 36 minutes

Ingredients
· 1 – 10 oz. bag Green Giant® Simply Steam Broccoli Cuts
· 10 oz. cream cheese, softened
· 10 oz. sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
· ¾ C. mayonnaise
· ¾ C. sour cream
· Salt, to taste
· 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
· 1 clove garlic, grated
· 3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
· 2 Tbsp finely chopped chives
· 3 Tbsp. finely chopped tarragon
· 3 Tbsp. finely chopped chervil

Directions
1. Prepare the Green Giant® Simply Steam Broccoli Cuts per the package directions. Allow to cool.
2. In a stand mixer, add the softened cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. With the paddle attachment, whip on med-high speed until well blended and creamy. Add salt and mix. Taste and add more salt if needed.
3. Add the softened butter and garlic and whip again until incorporated.
4. Finely chop the cooled broccoli.
5. Add the broccoli and prepared herbs and gently fold into the cheese mixture. This is not a green dip, but rather a white dip with green specks.
6. Serve with your favorite chips.

Pasta Primavera
Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 12 mins | Serves: 4

Ingredients
-Pasta: 8 oz (half a box) of Penne, Fusilli, or Farfalle
-2 bags (approx. 7 oz) Green Giant Antioxidant Blend
-1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved),
-1 lemon (zested and juiced).
-1/2 cup fresh basil (torn or chiffonade)
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1/4 cup grated Parmesan
-Salt and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions
1. Boil the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your pasta according to the box instructions. Crucial Step: Before draining, scoop out about 1/2 cup of that starchy pasta water.
2. Prep the Blend: While the pasta cooks, microwave the Green Giant Antioxidant Blend according to the "steam-in-bag" instructions (usually about 4–5 minutes).
3. Sauté & Sizzle: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the tomatoes just start to soften and "blister."
4. Merge the Flavors: Add the steamed veggie blends (and all that garlic sauce from the bag!) into the skillet with the tomatoes. Toss in the cooked pasta.
5. The Finish: Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and half of the fresh basil. If it looks a little dry, splash in some of that reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce.
6. Serve: Top with the remaining basil and a generous dusting of Parmesan cheese.

-1 package Green Giant Simply Steam Broccoli
-4 large eggs
-½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
-¼ teaspoon salt
-⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
1. Cook broccoli as directed.
2. Mix all ingredients together and add to skillet.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until eggs are set.
