Tonic Farms is owned and operated by Matthew and Oslin Gulick. While both of our families have had some sort of agricultural in the past, we aspire to take it to the next level. Or rather, back to basics. Our "Feature Enterprise" is our pastured poultry. We raise Cornish Crosses from chicks on pasture, supplemented on Non-GMO feed as they need it. They get to be chickens, or, as Joel Salatin is fa

mous for describing it, they get to express their "chicken-ness." They get fresh grass to eat, to chase bugs, and to basque in the sunshine. We try to provide them with the best quality of life, and, in return, they provide us with exceptional, natural nutrients.
