We had such a wonderful time at the first annual Adirondack Garlic Festival yesterday! Thanks so much to everyone who came out despite the rainy weather. We're so grateful to the folks who organized the event and are excited for next year's!

Our seed garlic is now available for your fall planting! 🧄🌱

We've been saving our largest, most beautiful garlic heads for planting this fall! We have 3 hardneck varieties available for planting: Italy Hill Giant Ivory, Chesnok Red, and Korean Red. All are cold hardy, have excellent flavor profiles, and consistently size up well into big bulbs on our farm.

We'll have lots of seed garlic available at the Adirondack Garlic Festival and the Peru Town Market on Sunday so you can stock up for your fall planting. We'll also have seed gsrlic starting next week at the Saranac Lake Farmers Market.

This Sunday (Sept 20) , we'll be hosting a garlic braid workshop at the Adirondack Garlic Festival! We'll provide organically grown hardneck garlic, everlasting flowers, herbs, and advice, and you'll leave with a beautiful braid! Space is limited, so we'd suggest reserving your spot.

Our garlic is finally sufficiently cured for us to start making our decorative and edible garlic braids! 🧄💐

We weave together our sustainably grown garlic, sage, and everlasting flowers into arrangements that will last beautifully through the winter. We'll have them each week at the Saranac Lake Farmer's Market, at the Peru Town Market next Sunday, or you can order them through our online store for on-farm pick-up.

We take custom orders, so if there's a certain size or color scheme you have in mind for yourself or as a gift for someone, just shoot us a message and we can weave it for you!

This morning we moved the ducks to a brand new spot where we are trialing out combining ducks with cover crops! 🦆🌿

We grew buckwheat in this field for the past month and a half, and are seeing if the ducks will be able to terminate it by eating and trampling it. So far they're loving exploring the shady paths beneath the buckwheat and nibbling on the lower leaves!

Harvesting mushrooms for market tomorrow! Everything has been growing beautifully, so we'll have a lovely spread tomorrow morning at the Saranac Lake Farmers Market. We also have been able to start pulling all 8 of our garlic varieties, so you can start stocking back up on your favorites! 🧄🍄😁

Our garlic harvest has begun! We've been looking forward to our week of garlic harvesting all summer! 😍 🧄

We'll have freshly harvested German Red, Music, and several other garlic varieties at the Peru Town Market tomorrow, all of which pair beautifully with mushrooms!
