Ever wonder what really separates loose leaf from a tea bag? It’s more than most people think.🍃
🍃What’s inside:
A tea bag is usually the leftover bits from tea processing. Loose leaf is whole leaves, the way they came off the plant.
🍵Flavor and color:
Whole leaves release their character slowly and cleanly — bright color, layered taste. Small broken pieces release everything at once, and often end up flat or bitter.
☕️How many cups:
A tea bag = one shot and it’s done. A loose leaf gives you 3–4 full brews. Some oolongs and pu-erhs — 10 to 12.
💲Price per cup:
A $10 pack of loose leaf works out to about 10 cents a cup. Actually cheaper than most bags.
👩⚕️Health:
Whole leaves keep more of the good stuff — catechins, polyphenols, antioxidants. Broken bits lose a lot along the way.
Once you see them side by side, you can’t unsee it🤍
Come by for real tea — and a little more health in your cup.
