Lucky 13! Yesterday kicked off my 13th Harvest with our Albariño and Verdelho from Pierce Ranch. This is the earliest harvest by over 2 weeks for me, but while the yields were lower this year, the fruit/juice tastes fantastic.

For the first time ever, I was able to "bless" the grapes with a sample of my very own sparkling Albariño (coming next year), and as always, the amazing crew at Midnight Cellars Winery made it an easy first day.

These wines are being barreled down today (we always ferment our white wines in Neutral French Oak), and they will available for you to enjoy in 2027. Can't wait that long?
