Spencer Family Ranch

Hello friends and family,

We are so grateful for the time we were able to teach lessons, host 4-H clubs, board horses, and to get to know so many people. At this time, we are not providing lessons or rides.

Spencer Family Ranch is still here, we are just utilizing it and enjoying it as a family. Stay tuned, we may just post some updates or some Spencer shenanigans.

God used this place in so many ways and we believe that His light was evident. He is so good.

Today is a history lesson this lesson will start oh let's see back in 1968. 1968 was the start of the flower children the hippies and rear cool cars!!!
Well enough said about 1968 , oh I forgot Happy Birthday Shelly Ann Nichol !!!!!

It's going to be a sad time this month at the Ranch. I recon it's like losing a horse you raised from a foal or the last puppy to leave the litter.
It's going to be a change around the Ranch. Like switching to Diet Coke or from sweet tea to non sweat , oh how bad could it be?
After many years of lessons with her to her giving lessons. Martha MJ Jones is leaving the Ranch she has lost her mind and going to finish her senior year in England!!!!
We are going to really miss MJ, please wish her well and pray for a safe new journey in her life.

Shelly is coming back and taking MJ's lessons. So welcome back Shelly !!!!

Today was a great day at the RANCH!!!! All Around Clovers had a work day at the Ranch. The clovers worked real hard along with moms and dads they got so much done.

Mona and I sure appreciated all that you did. And the lunch was a big hit thanks for the chicken and fixings!!

I bet nobody will have trouble sleeping tonight💤

What A evening Mona and I were sitting on the front porch listening to the frogs and all a sudden a screaming yap!!!!
Guess what happen Zig our big bad Shepard took on a skunk and he lost!
An hour later three baths for stinky and showers for us you got to love farm life "not"
This makes the third time in about six months.

I had to laugh last evening Mona said look outside the ground is covered with snow! Five hours earlier I was picking mushrooms only found a few but I wasn't thinking of snow.

Mona and I had a great time Saturday with these guys and for never riding horse before you did a great job!

Much thanks to Spencer Family Ranch for helping us at Ginnungagap Filmwerks with our latest film project. Although we are complete novices with horses, we were able to obtain excellent footage with their able guidance.
