💍 On a gorgeous summer afternoon, Tanyala & Antaeus renewed their vows surrounded by loved ones in celebration of their 10-year anniversary this past June at The Penthouse Hyde Park ! We had the honor of catering their special day, and we are absolutely elated to hear that we exceeded their expectations on all fronts! 

We love what we do and we always try to make that known through the care we put into our cuisine and service. We are truly so thankful to Tanyala and Antaeus for taking the time to leave such a thorough and kind review for us detailing how we were able to bring their celebration to life. We wish you both so much happiness and here’s to 10 more years and beyond! 💓

💍 We can’t believe August is coming to a close already! We got to celebrate some wonderful weddings including Samantha and Jack’s gorgeous Rockwell On The River wedding! Their custom menu had appetizers galore from our West Loop Charcuterie Station and Pierogi Bar to passed hors d’oeuvres like our Burrata Crostini all followed by a bountiful buffet. Their beautiful day came together thanks to an all-star vendor team that made their day truly shine despite the rain that thankfully went away when the newlyweds arrived!

♥️ One Family Illinois held their Evening of Hope Fundraiser earlier this month at Rockwell On The River , and we had the honor of providing all of the guests with a varied culinary experience with grazing and actions stations! 💍 It was an absolute joy helping bring Becca & Tim’s wedding day to life back in June with their deliciously custom menu! They included tailored choices such as multiple grazing & action stations, our ceremonial cutting cake, and even a Create Your Own Sundae Bar! Their stations ranged from our Pilsen Mexican Street Food and Greek Town stations to our Tuscan Pasta Bar and Flatbread Artisan Pizzas station, ensuring every guest was able to create a plate filled with their favorites. 🐎 A well-rounded and rejuvenating experience, the Kentucky Buck from Erick Castro-Diaz ( Erick Castro-Diaz ) would go smashingly with our Wrigleyville Sliders Station and in particular with our Pulled Pork Slider, Fried Chicken & Waffle Slider, and our Vegan BBQ Jackfruit slider to name a few. Perfect for all summertime sports, the Kentucky Buck can take your corporate function catering to memorable new heights. 🍓

🍸 Ingredients:
🍓 2 whole strawberries
🍋 1 lemon wheel
🍸 2 oz bourbon
🍋 0.75 oz lemon juice
💧 0.25 oz simple syrup
✨ 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
🍺 3 oz ginger beer
🍋 1 lemon wheel, for garnish

🎬 Directions:
Combine strawberries and lemon into a shaker and muddle them together. Add simple syrup, bourbon, lemon juice, and aromatic bitters into the shaker and shake. In a glass filled with ice, strain mixture into glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon wheel. Enjoy!
