Mahalo Everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone know that this coming Sunday, February 16th, will be our last day at our location. We know this news might come as a surprise, and we're sad to be leaving this space that has held so many memories.

If you've stopped by recently for a meal and we've been closed, we deeply apologize. There are several ongoing factors we can't discuss that are restricting our ability to be open reliably. We are going to make an effort to be open our regular hours Thursday-Sunday this week. We appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.

If you've been meaning to stop by for your favorite dishes, this weekend will be your last chance for a while. After Sunday's service, we'll need to remove all our equipment, which means we won't be able to cook after that.

The good news? We're actively looking for a new spot right here in Moscow. We love this community too much to say goodbye completely! We're working hard to secure a new location and hope to have some exciting news to share soon.

To everyone who has supported us, shared meals with us, celebrated special occasions here, or just stopped in for takeout - thank you. Your support has meant the world to us, and we hope you'll stick with us through this transition.

Open today! 4-9. We are out of Kalua Pig, but have everything else!

We will be open for full hours next week along with our full menu. We will be using our electric fryers as we still cannot cook with our natural gas indoors. We will continue to keep the new quick-service format, instead of our traditional cook-to-order, which should lead to everyone having to spend less time standing outdoors in the freezing weather.

As a reminder, our full hours are now:
Wed/Thurs: 4-9 PM
Fri-Sun: 12-9 PM

After being closed since December due to building safety issues with our ventilation system, Malo will reopen Tomorrow with a modified setup and menu. We'll be cooking on our Blackstone grill outdoors, as we cannot safely use our indoor natural gas kitchen equipment at this time. We will also no longer be doing cook to order service, and will instead use warmers, similar to quick-service restaurants.

Hours of Operation:
Friday - Sunday, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM

What's Available:
- Limited menu (no fried items) - Char Siu Chicken, Kalbi Beef, and Kalua Pig
- DoorDash orders - Delivery or Pickup
- Walk-up takeout only (no seating available) - We ask you pay with cash if possible.
- Direct catering orders - Please email us at any time.

How to Order:
- DoorDash: Search 'Malo Cuisine' on DoorDash
- In-Person: Walk-up & takeout, or call-ahead.
- Catering: Email [email protected] or call during operating hours

Important Notes:
- No seating available - Please be prepared to take out your food
- Please be mindful of construction outdoors
- Uber Eats and EzCater services temporarily suspended

Looking Ahead:
We will be hopefully be relocating to a new Moscow location by May 2025. We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this transition. Your support means the world to us.

During Thanksgiving week, we're adjusting our hours to spend time with family while still serving you our favorite dishes. We'll be open Friday through Sunday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Nov 29-Dec 1. Thank you for your continued support throughout the year. We're grateful for each of you.
