To whom this may concern:

Over the Past four years our family and staff strived to make this small dairy the best dairy in the area, providing the cleanest facility , the healthiest animals and a superb product.
But as the steady decline in our economy drives prices up on all commodities used on a farm and the increase in regulation to produce the dairy product, it has become unsustainable to continue to operate.

With this being said we will stop production on Tuesday April 4th, 2023. Once the product in the store is gone, we will close.
We appreciate all the patronage over the years and are extremely saddened by the turn of events leading down this path.

Hello
I just wanted to give you an update on some things around the farm. Starting with our new milk house and expanded milking parlor. Which means we can now triple our production!! This had to be done due to the overwhelming demand for our products. This now means, no more empty shelves in our Creamery store or any of our whole sale partner's' stores.
Another notable addition is our on site Creamery & Creamery Store! Our Creamery was completed in late August, housing our bottling plant, processing equipment for our yogurt, butter and a batch pasteurizer (this does NOT mean that we are getting rid of our raw product), our mixing tanks (for yes, Chocolate milk and other flavors coming soon!), bottle washer & bulk storage! Our on-site store in housed within the Creamery, with plenty of storage and new products. The new products we offer are flavored milks, Bavarian yogurts in multiple flavors, assorted butter flavors & various other products like handcrafted milk soaps, scented candles and other items I am probably forgetting.... The walls of the store are made of wood from an old historical silo dating c.1903, in which I had the pleasure of working out of when I was a small boy. Other upgrades include an interactive website, where you can preorder or subscribe to our delivery service, and we upgrade our methods of payment, we now accept Venmo, PayPal & CashApp to accommodate our younger customers.
The most important addition we have recently make is to our herd. We have added four registered A2A2 Jersey cows named Doris, Peggy, Myrtle & Jewel! The ladies are eager to sell their milk, so we are hoping that you are as eager to purchase it!
In closing, I would like to say thank you for being patient with us as went worked though our growing pains and want to assure you that with the additions and preparations we have made, we are now able to answer everyone's orders without delay! With Thanksgiving coming up, we hope you start a new tradition or continue and old, by using our products with the fresh local flavor you can taste. This I guarantee you, will put your food or baked goods above the rest!! Take the test!! Wishing all of you a Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!!
