Idaho Eats had the pleasure of sharing our dining program's highlights with the WSU Dining Services team last week.

First up was The Eatery, where Director of Dining Services Sean Tiffany toured them through all the stations in The Eatery. Retail Director Perry Wenzel gave them the rundown on campus retail locations and, to top off the experience, Executive Catering Chef Troy Robinson prepared a beautiful meal to share after they spent the morning touring our facilities.

Thanks for making the trip across state lines for the tour!

Last Tuesday marked the end of the Supper Club program for the academic year. We celebrated with a Pasta Party, where Catering Executive Chef Troy Robinson put together a beautiful of caprese salad, hearty spaghetti with creamy vodka sauce, and blueberry tartlets for finish it off.

Thanks for a wonderful Supper Club season, and we'll be back to regular programming in the Fall.
