We started with some fresh local produce, a few bulk bins, and a ton of big ideas. Now, 50 years later, we’ve grown to over 7,800 owners strong: a community of food-loving individuals who put local and natural products first. We’re a group of advocates for Palouse producers and families affected by food insecurity.

Fair Trade is one way to build a food system where farmers and workers have more voice, agency, and opportunity. It creates a more equitable relationship between the people who grow our food and the people who buy it.
