Organic on-the-go Fast food that isn't junk! Thirty years ago, wilderness ranger MaryJane Butters turned to farming.

As chair of Idaho's first organic board, she created a line of organic backpacking foods sold worldwide. Now that her adult children work at her farm, she hits the road on occasion in her vintage Airstream. "Isn't it about time convenience stores carried microwaveable organic-on-the-go food in a recyclable cup?" she thought. Her one-minute line of organic meals includes pastas, rice, sounds - even a brownie and breakfast muffin.
