Our brewery in Elk River, ID is synonymous with incredible Idaho craft b**r. Brewed with love, skill, and inspiration.

Our taproom in Moscow, ID for great food and live music. Set above a 10 million acre aquifer that provides some of the coldest and purest water in the entire state, Shattuck Brewery sits nestled among trees and mountains near the town of Elk River, Idaho. Owner and brewmaster Nate Schwartz brews on a custom 10 bbl system and creates ales in the true Northwest fashion. Locally sourced ingredients, bold flavors, clean water, and emphasis on an ever-evolving line of seasonal and rotational b**rs that keep the b**r lover in all of us trying new flavors and wanting more.

We find ourselves in October...so what now?! Oktoberfests & music!!! And the best, tasty seasonal b**rs of the year most certainly. TONIGHT we have Andru Gomez tickling some tunes on the Whaler Stage at 6pm. NEXT SATURDAY is the annual Moscowberfest in downtown Moscow...a very worthwhile event if you have not been before...ya know, if you like Oktoberfest parties and polka music on the main street of a town...a very cool scene and a very good time!

These 3 amigos and their siblings will be gracing our newest Salsa of the Moment next week! Things are gonna get spicy!!! Thors Hammer (1.4 million scu), Red Savina (550,000 scu) and Chocolate Habanero (500,000 scu) organically and locally grown. Let's make October festive, spooky and spicy!

It's fair weekend here in Moscow. A younger me would chow some fair food and hit the Gravitron 40 times... the middle-aged me reflects upon how much cooler younger me was. The prefrontal cortex always getting in the way now, ya know?! I hope you find your current self embracing your younger self and seeking some thrills...or at least giant pumpkins.

This weekend our thrills involve b**r, pizza and music. We have some new tasty Oktoberfests on tap, a Pizza of the Moment that is awesome, and the Michael Kelly Band playing Saturday night on the Whaler Stage.

Happy Labor Day friends! A day worth celebrating indeed. We will be opening up Shattuck West at 4pm today and have our newest pizza and taco specials to announce (they're awesome)!
