Step into the world of beautiful, handcrafted textiles! We are excited to welcome Aspendale Farm to the Autumn Sip 'n Shop Extravaganza.

Based on a small family farm on the Palouse, artist Sue Smalley uses the wool from Aspendale Farm sheep to create incredible art. The media she uses is wet felted wool, and she handles the entire process herself—from shearing and washing to carding and felting. She even experiments with natural dyes sourced from plants on her property, making each piece truly unique.

Her booth will feature a stunning collection of felted wool items, including bags, pillows, apparel, scarves, rugs, and beautiful felted flowers. Sue is an award-winning felter, having won Best Of Textile Art at the 2021 Corvallis Fall Festival and Best in Show at both the Palouse Empire Fair and the Latah County Fair in 2019. This is your chance to own a piece of her acclaimed work.

Be sure to stop by her booth to see her amazing creations for yourself!

A sad day yesterday. Our matriarch ewe died suddenly. It was blessedly quick. She was 13 years old and had a good run. Most of our flock has her blood running through them, so her progeny continues on. We'll miss you Bev.

There is no need to buy flowers for your table. This table runner already has them displayed proudly. The dimensions are 52X18 and has looped ends that overlap each other. Both three dimensional flowers and embroidered ones are displayed in the circular "vase" in the center.

This years fleeces are gorgeous. I think you will be happy with any one you choose. It'll take a few day...
