Aspendale Farm We are a small family farm on the Palouse. Along with sheep and wool we grow a variety of fruit trees We produce a diversity of products.

We are a small family farm located in the Palouse region of Idaho. Some of the items include sheep, (for both the wool and the meat), hops, apples, plums, garlic, and eggs (from our free ranging flocks). Ok, first of all the mice got into the seeds, but the hulls should be where the color is. At least that was my thinking. The hull liqueur looked great, a nice deep purple, but that didn’t translate to the wool. Still experimenting.
