Synergy Acres Farm

Synergy Acres Farm Synergy Acres is a family farm that has been near Moses Lake since 1987. We farm about 2000 acres of several different crops.

Our common crops include Grain corn, Silage corn, Hybrid Seed corn, Edible Beans, and triticale. We have also raised Wheat, Sunflowers, and Popcorn. We also seeded our first field of Alfalfa Hay in the late summer of 2013. Since 2002, we have run a custom Silage Chopping operation. Typically, we harvest 45,000-55,000 tons of Corn, Triticale, and Alfalfa for ourselves and other customers. Currentl

We finally got our new corn grinding facility up and running. We started this project almost 2 years ago. A lot of the delay was due to the hopper bin being involved in an accident during transport, and subsequent reordering of parts. The bin crew showed up this summer and got their part done. We’ve had great weather so far this winter, so once harvest was over we were able to get back to getting the legs up, all the little parts figured out and made/painted, and figuring out all the electrical. We still have a few details to wrap up to make it more automated, but we ground the first corn through this evening.

We are looking to find an additional driver for our fall harvest season, possibly turning into a full time position for the right person. Semi driving experience preferred, but would also consider someone with relevant experience in tractor driving, hay/harvest crews, irrigation repair/maintenance, and/or shop/mechanical work.

Pay starting at 20/hr, could be more DOE. Overtime available for certain work and tasks depending on the time of year.
