Strawberry White Chocolate Cookies 🍓🤍
Ingredients:
• ½ cup unsalted butter (melted & cooled)
• ½ cup packed brown sugar
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 ⅓ cups flour
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ¾ cup white chocolate chips
• ¾ cup fresh strawberries (chopped small)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix butter + sugars, then add vanilla & egg yolk
2️⃣ Stir in dry ingredients until dough forms
3️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips + strawberries
4️⃣ Scoop dough onto baking sheet
5️⃣ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for ~10–12 mins
